What helps us act fast

Corrections. If a spec, price or quote on a page is wrong, link the page and the source that shows the correct value. Reader corrections are the fastest way this site gets better, and pages record the date they were last checked.
Price drift. Prices in our reviews are dated ranges, not live feeds. If a listing has moved far from what a page says, tell us which retailer and we will re-date the page.
Storefront reports. If a social-media ad sold you a pet product from a storefront that turned out not to exist, include the domain — that is exactly the pattern our cat toy investigation tracks, and reader reports extend it.
Products to review. Name the product and, if you own it, what the documentation didn't tell you before buying. We prioritize products where the paperwork and the marketing disagree.

What to expect

We read everything; we reply when a correction is made or when we need more detail. We do not send newsletters, and we never share your address — it lands in a plain inbox, not a marketing tool.
